Sway+ ™ is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC III) in Oregon State and has extensive training and experience in Addiction Treatment, Recovery and Case Management. Sway Positive provides post inpatient treatment support at IOP and OP levels of care, access and guidance services in your pathway of seeking and maintaining recovery. Sway+ will connect you to available resources and guide toward resources you may be eligible for, as well as support you through the process of coordinating support providers to promote your recovery, physical and mental health wellbeing.

Intensive Recovery Maintenance (IOP/Weekly or 2x Weekly) ~ $150/hr

Moderate Recovery Maintenance (Bi-Monthly or Every two weeks/OP) ~ $185/hr

General Recovery Maintenance (Monthly/OP) ~$175/hr
